Uplifting the everyday with Teavana

Tea could be argued is coffee’s not-so-fun, and boring sibling. Teavana flips that notion on it’s head and made bold moves targeting the millennial audience.

The challenge: Create seasonally-connected creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and uplift the everyday.

How do you keep customers engaged coming off of the big holiday season? Valentines day is a time of gifting and showering your friends and loved ones with sweets. This heart-warming promotion took a different spin on the traditional heart-shaped gifting.

How do you make iced-tea the item not to forget before diving into some Summer fun? Teavana’s Summer promotion went big on vibrant color, larger-than-life tea displays, not-to-miss recipes and thirst-quenching photography to attract our customers. The promotion brought the largest ticket sales of the year outside of the holiday season.

Results: Through various promotions, the brand experience drove customer engagement, new window display approaches, social sharing and countless happy taste buds.
