Launching a one-of-a-kind, flagship customer experience
AWS’s executive briefing program was expanding and building a new space for it’s programming. Without environmental design guidelines, the team needed a brand approach and identity that set the bar for future spaces globally.
The challenge: Define the environmental brand approach and art program for the physical space, incorporating AWS and Amazon culture. Create two “brand impression” moments on each floor that establishes the tone for the space and provide a spot for ownable customer photo moments.

Results: The brand impression walls and art experiences throughout the space have become a must-see for visitors and employees alike. The artwork has been replicated in other global spaces as a “best in class” environmental design example and become the guideline standard for future installations.
