I’m a Creative Director who develops people and ideas. At Amazon and AWS, I built and led creative teams, brand systems, and campaigns across 190+ markets. Before that: Starbucks, PMI Worldwide, and studio work for biotech and mission-driven clients.

I lead by “tools, not rules,” giving teams clear systems, then room to make great work. I stay close enough to help the work get better and step back so the team can own it. And there’s always laughter.

Outside of work, I’m a certified health coach, and you’ll find me in our van in the mountains or near water with my family.
