The challenge: Launch a new employee value proposition and tagline – AWS. Build with Impact. – internally and externally to candidates, garnering adoption and enthusiasm for what’s possible with a career at AWS.

Role: Global Creative Director

Animation agency partner: Gorilla Gorilla

Results: The EVP creative was launched globally garnering adoption of internal guidelines and templated assets across the Talent Acquisition org. The creative launched across owned platforms and via a paid media campaign targeting candidates across job families.
